The Village of Waterloo provides MUD water to its residents through its distribution system. The Village also provides sewer services.
Charges for water and sewer are billed jointly on a monthly basis. Utility bills are mailed no later than the 10th of each month and are due on the 20th. Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the Town Hall 24 hrs. a day (outside mail-drop by door). Customers can also sign up to have their payments automatically deducted from their bank account. Fill out the ACH Enrollment Form on the left side of the page and return to the Village Office.
Water/Sewer rates are set by individual ordinances. A $75 deposit and $15 application fee and completed Water Service Application are required to start services. The deposit is refunded after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments.
