Overview

The Village of Waterloo provide water and sewer services to it's residents. The Village purchase the water provided from MUD in Omaha.

New residents must complete a Water/Sewer Service Application and pay a $75 deposit and $25 application fee to have services put in their name. The deposit will be credited to the account after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments.

The Village offers a variety of payment options. The Village Office accepts checks, cash or money orders during business hours. After hours, the Office can accept checks and money orders in the drop box to the left of the door, please do NOT leave cash in the drop box. Credit cards can be used online by clicking the Pay Now button below. For those who prefer to have their payments automatically withdrawn from their bank account can submit a completed ACH Enrollment Form along with a cancelled check or savings deposit slip to the Village Office.

The Village also offers a level payment plan. Accounts are evaluated each October for the next 12 months of payments. The previous 12 months usage determines the payment for the next 12 months. During account evaluation, if there is a balance on the account, that amount plus the new level payment will be due on the first bill. If there is a credit balance, that amount will be applied to the account. If you are interested in enrolling, please complete and submit the Budget Payment Plan Enrollment Form to the Village Office.

The Village is happy to announce that we can now offer a Paperless Billing option. Please complete and return an enrollment form if you are interested. Unless you are also enrolled in ACH payments, you will still need to send in payment for your balance due.
